Welcome to the sun-soaked paradise of “House Down By The Sea,” a musical journey that will transport you to the tranquil shores and vibrant rhythms of a coastal oasis. With a blend of genres ranging from Trop Rock to country, and a touch of Latin influence. This album features 11 songs, each telling a unique story and taking listeners on a musical journey. Grab your sunglasses, put on your favorite flip-flops, and join us as we embark to a tropical beach.

  1. Another Margarita: Let your worries fade away, and all that matters is the present moment and the good company of friends. Get ready to sip your favorite drink under the sun on your favorite island beach bar.

  1. House Down By The Sea: This song encapsulates the journey of a lifetime. From humble beginnings in Kentucky to the tranquil haven of a house by the sea. This song unfolds the chapters of my life and cherished memories with my wonderful wife and sweet dog. The title track is an ode to the simple pleasures of life by the water’s edge.

  1. Cinderella Dances: The story of a shy man afraid to ask for a beautiful woman’s hand. I finally got the ten seconds of courage and asked her for a dance, and our real-life fairytale began. A romantic ballad that captures the beauty of moonlit walks and the allure of a captivating dance under the stars. A true-life love story.

  1. My Kentucky Home: A tribute to my mom, dad, brother, cousins, aunts, and uncles for the amazing life we had growing up in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

  1. Sandbars and Coconut Trees: My favorite places in the Florida Keys are the ones you can’t get to by road. The many back country islands that come to life as the tide rolls out and the sandbars appear. Jump on the boat with us as we spend the day off the grid.

  1. Digging My Heels In The Sand: I spent my entire life trying to live on this tiny island. Now that I’m here, I don’t ever want to leave. I love this island town.

  1. I Got The Blues: The turquoise of the ocean and the clear blues of a tropical sky have always pulled me down to the islands.

  1. Fred The Tree: The most famous tree in the Florida Keys. Fred lives on the old Seven Mile Bridge with no soil or any other means to survive there. But he defies all odds and flourishes. A lesson for us all.

  1. Gibson Guitar: My mom gave me my first guitar when I was a child. Today it is one of my most cherished possessions. This old guitar has been my comfort through the stories of my life. Each time I pick it up, I feel my mom singing with me from Heaven. Thank you, Mama.

  1. ConkyTonk Town: A shout-out to the Southernmost City, Key West, where there is always a party going on.

  1. Conch Republic: A tribute to Jimmy Buffett and all the wonderful people who helped make Key West and the Florida Keys a paradise.
